ICICI Bank is inviting fresh graduates to attend walk-in interviews for the position of Sales Officer. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and building a career in the banking industry. Selected candidates will receive structured training before handling customer acquisition and sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA).
• Promote banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Digital Banking services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
• Meet monthly sales targets assigned by the branch.
• Explain banking products and services to customers.
• Ensure proper KYC documentation and account opening procedures.
• Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in sales and customer-facing roles.
• Age criteria may vary by recruitment program; many fresher programs require candidates to be below 25 years.
