Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or skill development is preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote skill development programs, build partnerships with educational institutions and organizations, and increase student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, marketing, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote skill development and training programs.
• Identify and connect with colleges, schools, industries, and training partners.
• Generate leads and convert them into admissions or partnerships.
• Conduct awareness campaigns, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly admission and business targets.
• Prepare reports on business development activities.
• Coordinate with the training and placement teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Willingness to travel within Virudhunagar and nearby areas.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
