Job Description

Krishna Motors, an Authorized Yamaha Dealer, is hiring Spare Parts Executives for its Rajapalayam and Sivakasi branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the spare parts department, maintaining inventory, coordinating procurement, and ensuring the timely availability of genuine Yamaha spare parts. Candidates should have good organizational and communication skills with a basic understanding of automobile components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage automobile spare parts inventory and stock levels.
• Handle procurement and ordering of genuine spare parts.
• Assist customers and service technicians with parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts.
• Monitor stock movement and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts.
• Support daily sales and billing of spare parts.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for inventory and billing.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
